Home Care Sales

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000

• Represent the Home Health Care, Inc. brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events, driving referrals and building new relationships throughout the community.
• Report to the Director of Business Development.
• Build lasting community relationships to increase awareness and utilization of home care services while educating patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of these services.
• Advocate for Home Health Care, Inc. and Legacy Home Care, supporting their mission of delivering compassionate, high‑quality home care services.
• Passion for sales and home care services, ability to navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism; competitive, proactive, with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales required; experience in home care, hospice, or senior services preferred.

• Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually plus unlimited earning potential in commission.
