~18 hours Per Week | Great for Someone Wanting to Get Into Regulatory Work | Degree in Chemistry & Biology is preferred

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative resource to support regulatory labeling updates. This role is highly task-focused and involves repetitive, accuracy-critical work across multiple documents and systems.

• Copy and paste Spanish statements from EPA‑approved translation sources (PDF and Excel) into master label Word documents.
• Compare and match statements where wording may not be identical.
• Work across multiple files and screens simultaneously.
• Follow established processes and formatting standards precisely.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
• Ability to focus for extended periods on repetitive computer-based tasks.
• Fluent in reading and understanding English.
• High School Diploma.

• Prior admin, documentation, or regulatory experience.
• Exposure to regulated or quality‑driven environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
