Casual Nonexempt: Crane Lab in GI Division

About the Job

This is a casual position with a maximum of 14 hours paid per week. The candidate will be involved in the genome engineering and validation of induced pluripotent stem cells. The candidate will work in a large lab group and must be able to work well in a collaborative environment.

• Manage laboratory inventory, sample tracking, and organization.

• Required: B.A./B.S. in STEM field.
• Preferred: Experience in stem cell maintenance and differentiation.
• Preferred: Experience in genome engineering, including electroporation of non-viral editing reagents.
• Preferred: Experience in molecular assays, including PCR and flow cytometry.
