About the Job
This is a casual position with a maximum of 14 hours paid per week. The candidate will be involved in the genome engineering and validation of induced pluripotent stem cells. The candidate will work in a large lab group and must be able to work well in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Manage laboratory inventory, sample tracking, and organization.
- Required: B.A./B.S. in STEM field.
- Preferred: Experience in stem cell maintenance and differentiation.
- Preferred: Experience in genome engineering, including electroporation of non-viral editing reagents.
- Preferred: Experience in molecular assays, including PCR and flow cytometry.
Pay Range: $15.25-$24/hour (depending on education/qualifications/experience). Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications. Learn more about retirement plans.
