Kelly® Science & Clinical is currently seeking a Laboratory Assistant for one of our life sciences industry partners in Minneapolis, MN. This position is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable working with blood products, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and thrive in a production-based laboratory setting. This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to consistently meet daily production targets.

** Summary*
* The Laboratory Assistant will support the processing of raw biological materials used in clinical control products. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, ensuring a clean and compliant work environment, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.

** Responsibilities*
* + Process raw biological materials, including bovine and porcine blood, for use in manufacturing products

+ Clean and maintain production equipment, containers, and work areas

+ Accurately complete batch records and all required documentation

+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

** Qualifications*

* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent required;
Fresh graduates with an AS/BS science degree are encouraged to apply

* Experience:

** 1-2 years of laboratory or production experience

** Additional:
** Willingness to handle blood and blood-derived materials

+ Ability to work on the second shift

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently on routine tasks

+ Strong problem-solving abilities

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and shifting priorities as needed
