Data Programmer
to join our team at our downtown Minneapolis office.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical
Data Programmer
to lead our database builds, strong client relationships, and collaborate with study directors to deliver exceptional results.
- Lead end-to-end clinical data management activities, including database design, user acceptance testing (UAT), data reconciliation, reporting, and study closeout activities.
- Translate clinical study protocols into data collection solutions by developing database requirements, data management plans, and data transfer specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through ongoing data review, query management, issue resolution, and compliance with study procedures, regulatory requirements, and data management standards.
- Partner with study teams, sponsors, and statistical colleagues to support study execution, determine critical endpoint variables, and deliver accurate data for analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining study documentation and records, leading status and data reporting, troubleshooting data management systems, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research (data management, engineering, clinical, or scientific preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, project management best practices, GDPs/GCPs, risk management, and budgeting.
