Security Officer; Part-Time

Position: Security Officer (Part-Time)
** The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Security Officer to join our talented team!

** Basic

Purpose:

Monitors, responds and trains for emergency/security systems and incidents. Is the safety and policy leader for the overnight shift. Assists guests and employees with operational tasks. Responds as a 1 responder trained in CPR. Answers phones and directs calls, as well as assisting with any other tasks needed on the overnight shift.

Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed. Display complete knowledge of the fire/life System and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures.

Share duties in Operations Center with emergency and department phone monitoring, closed circuit television monitoring, alarm monitoring,vendor/solicitor/visitoraccess, and key control.

Assist with Worker’s Compensation, complete reports, and maintain a health and safety.

Participate and take an active role in the development and implementation of the hotel’s fire plan. In addition to testing the hotel’s Fire and Emergency Response preparedness. At least 1+ years of security experience, preferably within Hotels Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.  skills, ability to handle
