Minneapolis, MN - Full‑time schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 2nd shift (4 p.m.–12 a.m.), Tuesday and Wednesday, 3rd shift (12 a.m.–8 a.m.) - Competitive hourly wage: $21.40 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Document events and incidents; write detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
- Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
- Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement for serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Sharp visual and concentration skills.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
- Security experience.
- State license if required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
