• Site location:
  Minneapolis, MN
• Full‑time schedule:
  Saturday and Sunday, 2nd shift (4 p.m.–12 a.m.), Tuesday and Wednesday, 3rd shift (12 a.m.–8 a.m.)
• Competitive hourly wage: $21.40 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents; write detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement for serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual and concentration skills.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Security experience.
• State license if required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
