• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report security‑related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day transportation operations by providing directions, assisting with crowd management, and helping address customer concerns while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
