Security Officer Lobby Security - Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening visitors, issuing access credentials, and directing guests, employees, and/or vendors to the appropriate destination;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, answer questions, manage incoming calls and/or inquiries, and report unusual or suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with a problem-solving approach, following location protocols and contacting the appropriate personnel when needed;
Support access control processes by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, and helping to deter unauthorized entry at a busy corporate location within the technology, media, and telecommunications environment;
Complete required reports, logs, and documentation related to front desk and other security-related activities, while communicating clearly with clients, employees, and Allied Universal leadership
