Security Officer - Financial Center

As a Security Officer in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. In this unarmed patrol role you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support daily operations through strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork while representing a company built on agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thursday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, or critical situations calmly and document observations according to protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional support and report suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally and follow daily operations and incident response orders.

• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Undergo a background investigation as required.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in a lawful manner.
• Undergo a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet state or local licensing requirements if required.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
