Position:
Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor supports operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on‑site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times. The role works closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery.

Pay Rate

$24.00 / Hour paid WEEKLY with Daily Pay options & benefits!

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years or more of Security experience required. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and conduct post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct on‑the‑job training in coordination with site supervision of new employees assigned to posts or when changes to post orders are made.
  • Respond to call‑offs during shift, including identifying replacements or standing post until replacements arrive and assisting Scheduler with scheduling for call‑offs.
  • Identify personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints, or other concerns, and forward issues to Operations Manager and/or Corporate HR Director; may also be responsible for writing a report of the situation or assisting with an investigation, as directed.
  • Administration of counseling or disciplinary actions initiated by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director as directed.
  • Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office, including communicating information to Security Officers at posts and obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents.
  • Respond to client or site emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and/or Branch Manager.
Qualifications (Must Have)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and:
    • No major violations within last 36 months.
    • No more than one at‑fault accident in last 24 months.
    • No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
    • No combination of one at‑fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience.
  • Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
  • Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
