Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Monitor visitor and resident access, verify identification and/or sign-in records, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner;
Answer phones, greet guests, receive deliveries, and communicate with staff regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and/or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed;
Maintain accurate front desk logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to daily activity at the location
