Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting hotel or resort protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the property to help deter unauthorized access and/or unusual behavior;
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
