We are seeking motivated and professional Event Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting clients, guests, and staff while ensuring a safe and positive event experience. Event Security Officers act as representatives of both the client and Watson Express Security by maintaining order, providing assistance, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Monitor entry and exit points, including verifying access and checking badges
• Provide accurate information and assistance to event guests
• Enforce venue and event policies (e.g., no smoking, restricted access)
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations
• Handle patron complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and clock in/out using the Officer Reports app
• Support event managers and collaborate with site staff and fellow security team members

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• At least 1 year of customer service or security experience (preferred)
• Military, police, or 2+ years of professional security experience (preferred)
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred; training available within 90 days if not certified)
• Smartphone (required) to access reporting and scheduling tools
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening (drug test, federal background check, fingerprinting)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour, depending on site and experience
