Security Officer

Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect people, property, and information for a leading financial institution. In this role, you will monitor access control, perform foot patrols, operate CCTV and alarm systems, and respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, sound judgment. You will complete detailed reports, enforce security policies, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

This position requires strong observational skills, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and security systems to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, identifying and reporting safety or security hazards
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established procedures
• Verify identification, manage visitor access, and enforce facility security policies
• Document daily activities and incidents in clear, accurate reports
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Provide professional, customer-focused service while maintaining a strong security presence
