Service Restore Pro Minneapolis is hiring a Water Damage Technician to join our skilled team in providing professional water damage mitigation, cleanup, and restoration services. We offer full-time opportunities with competitive pay and career advancement potential.
As a Water Damage Technician, you will assist in both skilled and unskilled labor tasks while gaining hands-on experience in disaster response and restoration services. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our team members receive continuous training to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist team members in the water damage restoration process
- Perform both skilled and unskilled labor as assigned
- Show up on time for shifts, wearing the proper uniform
- Be available for on-call emergencies
- Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions
- Properly complete required paperwork (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Checklists)
- Monitor water damage readings and document the progress
- Exercise good judgment, problem-solving skills, and follow oral or written instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for extended periods
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
