This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Interior Systems Carpenter based in Minneapolis, MN. The primary responsibilities include constructing, assembling, and installing various interior systems such as walls, ceilings, and partitions. Additional duties involve reading and interpreting blueprints, utilizing power tools, performing precise measurements, and ensuring high-quality finishes. The role demands maintaining a focus on safety procedures and efficient project execution while collaborating with other team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications- Expertise in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry techniques
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools necessary for various carpentry tasks
- Experience with Framing and installing structural elements
- Knowledge of interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Understanding and adherence to workplace safety guidelines and protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate with other trades
- Previous experience in interior systems or commercial carpentry projects is preferred
