Seal coat foreman

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Seal Coat Foreman located in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area. The Seal Coat Foreman will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in asphalt maintenance projects. Daily tasks include overseeing operations, coordinating team efforts, operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining project schedules and quality. The Seal Coat Foreman will also perform hands‑on tasks including maintenance and basic carpentry as required, while ensuring effective communication with team members and clients.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Experience in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment such as seal coat machinery and related tools
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and project stakeholders
• Basic Carpentry and Maintenance skills for hands‑on project tasks
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
• Previous experience in asphalt maintenance or a related field is strongly preferred
