Millwright Mechanic Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our team specializing in equipment and machine moving. This role involves assisting with the transportation, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment for various businesses across the local and Midwest area.
Responsibilities- Move, install, and troubleshoot new and existing equipment.
- Organize and position machinery within production areas.
- Diagnose issues with equipment, perform preventive maintenance checks, patching, adjusting, and replacing components as needed.
- Identify maintenance priorities and swap out worn parts.
- Class A CDL
- Experience with blueprint reading
- Machine setup and maintenance
- Welding and rigging
- Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
- Mechanical aptitude
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working 50-60 hours per week, with roughly 2-3 overnight jobs per month
- Air brake endorsement
- Manual endorsement

Work EnvironmentWork is conducted Monday through Friday from 6 AM to between 5 and 7 PM in 2-3 person crews. The role involves traveling to various industrial and manufacturing companies to load, unload, move, and install equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $104000.00/yr. Insurance, 401k, Will teach employees how to drive manual, growing company with no ceiling for growth

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
