Layout Technician/Laborer (Construction Layout & Carpentry)
Pay$26.00 per hour (Pay based on experience)
Job DescriptionThis hybrid role combines Bot‑Mark layout work with hands‑on construction, framing, and carpentry tasks. When new framing projects begin, layout responsibilities will take priority. During slower periods, the technician will work with the carpentry crew and receive training in framing and general construction skills.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technology, working with tools, and growing within the construction field.
Job Duties- Perform layout using Bot‑Mark equipment on new projects
- Work on active construction sites with a full tool bag
- Assist with framing, carpentry, demolition, and job‑site cleanup
- Troubleshoot basic issues that come up during layout or construction
- Read and interpret blueprints (or be willing to learn)
- Use hand tools, tape measures, and basic construction equipment
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Primary work will occur at various local job sites near the Minneapolis Metro, with occasional out‑of‑town site.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay RangeThe pay range is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
