MultiSite Maintenance Technician

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a clients team at (3) communities in Minneapolis & Edina, MN (55408/55435). The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self‑motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and be self‑sufficient. This role is contracted and expected to go 90–120 days in length, but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Salary: $26–$28/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30–5:00pm – No On Call requirements.

Responsibilities and

Job Duties:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• Air handler and general HVAC maintenance
• Lock changes
• Apartment turnovers
• Preventative maintenance
• Installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance – unit turns, work orders and preventative maintenance (at least 1 year as a Senior or Lead Maintenance Technician).
• Own tool set.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to pass a background check before employment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as this role will be roving between sites as needed.
