You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general beautification of our portfolio. Your day-to-day will range from quick plumbing fixes to seasonal outdoor prep, ensuring our families have safe, functional, and beautiful homes.

• General Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, replace light fixtures, patch drywall, and handle minor carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets).

• Turnover Support: Prep units for new tenants, including painting, deep cleaning coordination, and hardware updates.

• Systems Monitoring: Perform basic troubleshooting on HVAC, water heaters, and appliances.

• Exterior Maintenance: Manage seasonal tasks such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and minor landscaping or snow removal as needed.

• Safety Inspections: Regularly walk properties to identify potential hazards or preventative maintenance needs.

• Relations: Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants regarding repair timelines and access.

• Experience: 2+ years in residential maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
