We are looking for a reliable, "jack-of-all-trades" Maintenance Worker who treats every property like their own. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general beautification of our portfolio. Your day-to-day will range from quick plumbing fixes to seasonal outdoor prep, ensuring our families have safe, functional, and beautiful homes.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, replace light fixtures, patch drywall, and handle minor carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets).
Turnover Support: Prep units for new tenants, including painting, deep cleaning coordination, and hardware updates.
Systems Monitoring: Perform basic troubleshooting on HVAC, water heaters, and appliances.
Exterior Maintenance: Manage seasonal tasks such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and minor landscaping or snow removal as needed.
Safety Inspections: Regularly walk properties to identify potential hazards or preventative maintenance needs.
Relations: Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants regarding repair timelines and access.
Experience: 2+ years in residential maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle to move between properties.
Tools: Must own a basic set of hand and power tools (specialized equipment provided by the company).
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
