Restoration Lead Technicians enjoy having a variety of tasks. No two days will ever be the same!
Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per scope, IICRC standards and supervisor instructions
- Follow OSHA and safety guidelines for each project
- Responsible for documentation, photos, compliance tasks, etc. for each assigned project
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Lead, train, mentor, motivate and supervise teammates on each project during work activities
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Communicate openly with the supervisor and other technicians
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- IICRC certification (preferred)
- Experience in water, fire, storm, mold remediation, and contents restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Ability to be work on-call rotation schedule (1 day/week and 1 weekend/month)
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Computer literate, working knowledge of Word & Excel, business software, upload photos and other programs
- Valid driver’s license and pass a background check
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30-40 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50+ pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
