Drywaller

Trillium Construction is seeking Journeyman Drywaller / Taper to join our renovation team for an apartment remodeling project in Minneapolis, MN.

Work will focus on bathroom and kitchen areas, including replacing a shower surround and refinishing drywall surfaces for a clean, finished look.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish drywall surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens.

• Apply tape, compound, and texture to seams, corners, and joints to ensure smooth, paint-ready surfaces.

• Repair or patch drywall as needed to achieve a uniform finish.

• Sand, prime, and touch up surfaces for high-quality results.

• Work safely and efficiently in occupied apartment units, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

• Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure project deadlines are met.

Pay rate is $71.44/hour.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 40h / week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Drywaller / Taper.

• Proficient in drywall finishing, taping, and texturing techniques.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations.

• Ability to perform minor drywall hanging or patching if needed.

• Familiarity with moisture-resistant materials in wet areas (bathrooms/showers).
