Installation Technician, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Field/Service Technician
Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning is scouting a full-time HVAC Service Tech to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as make sales in the Edina, MN area.
The position pays an hourly wage of $17-$40
, based on experience and skill set,
plus sales commissions of up to $80,000/year
. The earning potential is up to $175,000 annually!
Typical schedule is Mon‑Fri with on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekends. Benefits include family health benefits, dental benefits, a 401k with match, 2‑3 weeks of paid vacation, an iPhone, an iPad, company uniforms, 100‑200 hours of tech & sales training each year, a company truck to drive home each evening, and all tools are provided.
Qualifications- Two (2) years of technical school
- Good sales skills
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
