Experienced Carpenter

Schwieters Companies is a family‑owned company specializing in millwork, doors, cabinets, and hardware. We offer turnkey solutions, including procurement, pre‑fabrication, delivery, and installation. Full‑time Experienced Finish Carpenters (Interior Trim Carpenters) are needed for work in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

• Minimum 3+ years of finish carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial new construction
• Experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles
• Good work history
• Dependable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Motivated and reliable
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (safety‑sensitive position)

• Complete all interior finishing for residential and commercial projects
• Install cabinets, vanities, stair rails, bases, casings, crown moulding, hardware, window trim, doors, and door trim
• Other duties as assigned

• 40–50 hours per week, starting at the job site at 6:00 am
• Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed

• $26–$30 per hour, determined by experience
