Our maintenance team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Specialist to join our maintenance team and handle all appliance-related work across our portfolio.

Position Overview

The Appliance Repair Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining appliances within residential and small commercial properties. This role requires technical skill, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to maintenance requests involving appliance breakdown.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on drain systems to reduce future problems.
  • Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule repairs.
  • Document work performed, materials used, and time spent in the company’s maintenance system.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Assist maintenance team with general repairs as needed, when appliance work is not scheduled.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of appliance repair, or related maintenance work.
  • Familiarity with appliance tools and a multi‑meter.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of appliance-related issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills when interacting with tenants and property owners.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
