About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team at MSP in Bloomington, MN. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a commercial facility. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota. Newly licensed plumbers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Test and maintain backflow prevention devices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems (preferred).
- Basic computer skills for work order documentation (preferred).
Location:
Bloomington, MN (On‑site – Minneapolis, MN). Shift: 1st Shift;
Monday–Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00PM.
Estimated annual salary: $ – $USD. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, market conditions, and internal considerations.
