We're looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our expert team, specializing in the repair, maintenance, and installation of cutting-edge coffee and espresso equipment. Experience is a plus, but what really matters is your drive and curiosity. We want someone who's passionate about problem-solving and eager to take on new challenges. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field, you'll be in good company.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Travel the region to repair, maintain, and install espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
• Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the Field Aware app, our field service management software
• Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated time frames
• Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service
• Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery
