Position: Foreman - Sheet Metal (ACM Panels & Large-Scale Standing Seam) 35 to 50 hour DOE

WHO IS THIS POSITION FOR

Foreman - Sheet Metal (ACM Panels & Large-Scale Standing Seam)

Horizon Roofing

Horizon Roofing is seeking an experienced  Foreman  with a strong background in  ACM Panel systems, large-scale standing seam installs, and job management experience.  If you can lead crews, manage complex installs, and deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently, we want you on our team.

What Sets This Role Apart

This is not an entry-level leadership position. We are specifically looking for someone who:
Has proven experience installing  ACM Panels
Has managed and executed  large-scale standing seam installs
Has demonstrated  job management experience
Can lead crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
Understands commercial sheet metal systems inside and out

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of  OSHA and safety guidelines
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working at heights
Reliable and dependable
Able to work outdoors in varying climates
No fear of heights
Must provide your own transportation to job sites and/or shop
