Pay- 55/hr
- $50/day per diem for travel
- Lodging fully covered during travel assignments
- Annual salary range $80,000 - $105,000
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join a growing solar installation team supporting projects across agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors. In this role, you will install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components of solar systems, including AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, inverters, and disconnects. You will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics while collaborating closely with solar installation crews in the field.
This position includes leading and mentoring 1–2 apprentices and requires strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively solve problems on job sites.
The role requires travel approximately 20–30% within Minnesota. During travel assignments, per diem and lodging are provided.
Qualifications- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
- Experience with AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, inverters, and disconnects in solar installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong communication, leadership, and independent problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel 20–30% within Minnesota
