Foreman Finish Carpenter (Residential and commercial remodel/reconstruction)
Pay$33.50 - $39.00 per hour
DescriptionConstruction/Restoration company located in Plymouth. We are looking for a slightly experienced carpenter with 3-5 years in the field. This role requires basic carpentry skills and some experience in installing millwork, cabinets, doors, and windows. The ideal candidate should have their basic tools, including a miter box and nail guns.
Skills & Qualifications- 5-10 years of carpentry experience.
- Ability to oversee subcontractors and internal crew on worksites.
- Basic tools, including a miter box and nail guns.
- Some experience installing millwork, cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Own a vehicle and be eligible for a vehicle allowance and gas reimbursement.
- Family‑run company, hands‑on training, year‑round work.
- Vehicle allowance: $50 per paycheck plus job‑related gas expense.
- 401(k) with 3% match.
- PTO 80 hours.
- Pre‑tax accounts: FSA, HSA, Dependent Care and Insurance Premium Accounts.
- Health and Dental insurance offered after 30 days of employment following the first of the following month.
- Cell phone allowance: $15 per paycheck paid bi‑weekly.
- 6 paid holidays.
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
