2nd Shift Diesel Technician
SCHEDULE2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-1am (approx. 40‑60 hours per week) plus 10% pay differential applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts only.

- Perform repair on diesel truck engines
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear
- Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling and replacing major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, components, parts or systems
- Inspect overall condition of trucks to ensure they meet U.S. Department of Transportation safety requirements
- Compile inspection reports detailing findings
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Ensure final work product meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co‑workers
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to jump in and help out where needed
- Attention to detail
- Expertise in working on diesel engines (Cummins, MAC, etc.)
- CDL (preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50‑100 lbs. occasionally and 10‑50 lbs. frequently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability and dedication to hard work
- Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly environment
