Hydraulic Repair Technician (Automotive & Diesel Techs Encouraged to Apply)

In this role, you'll work at a dedicated bench repairing and rebuilding hydraulic and electro-mechanical components. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, tearing down systems, and putting them back together the right way—this role is built for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Repair and rebuild hydraulic components such as valves, manifolds, and assemblies
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble parts to restore performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and repair documentation
• Perform functional testing and support validation processes
• Work with fluid power systems and custom-built assemblies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Collaborate with team members and testing departments to ensure quality standards

We're seeking mechanically inclined individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience.

Core qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, diesel, industrial, or similar)
• Experience in automotive repair, diesel mechanics, heavy equipment, agriculture, or maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
• Interest in learning or expanding into hydraulic systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
