Join a small, experienced maintenance team where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve challenging problems, and directly impact production performance.
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
As a Maintenance Technician III at Arrow Finishing, you'll serve as a technical expert supporting the equipment and systems that keep our aerospace, defense, and medical finishing operations running. You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment, improve reliability, and help develop the next generation of maintenance technicians.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
- Perform advanced preventative and corrective maintenance with minimal supervision
- Support facility systems, production equipment, and critical infrastructure
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technician I and II team members
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and vendors to solve equipment challenges
- Promote a safe, organized, and continuous improvement-focused work environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical maintenance needs
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLCs, automation, controls, and industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems and low-voltage controls
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor others
- U.S. Citizenship or valid Green Card required
Preferred Qualifications
- Boiler experience or ability to obtain a boiler license
- Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems and low-voltage controls
