Join a small, experienced maintenance team where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve challenging problems, and directly impact production performance.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Maintenance Technician III at Arrow Finishing, you'll serve as a technical expert supporting the equipment and systems that keep our aerospace, defense, and medical finishing operations running. You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment, improve reliability, and help develop the next generation of maintenance technicians.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
  • Perform advanced preventative and corrective maintenance with minimal supervision
  • Support facility systems, production equipment, and critical infrastructure
  • Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technician I and II team members
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and vendors to solve equipment challenges
  • Promote a safe, organized, and continuous improvement-focused work environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical maintenance needs

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with PLCs, automation, controls, and industrial equipment
  • Working knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems and low-voltage controls
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor others
  • U.S. Citizenship or valid Green Card required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Boiler experience or ability to obtain a boiler license
  • Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems and low-voltage controls
