Field Service Technician II

We are looking for Field Service Technicians who can provide best‑in‑class service to some of the largest retailers and banks. As the first line of response, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they start. You will be trained through virtual and hands‑on classroom sessions.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repeatedly grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

Expected salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00, depending on experience.
