Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Skilled Laborers to join their team for telecom utility construction projects in Minnesota and Wisconsin. These positions involve both local and travel work, supporting all phases of telecom construction, including underground and aerial tasks. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, hands-on problem solvers with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the industry.

• At least 2 years of experience working outdoors, preferably in utilities/construction
• Valid and current CDL A/B required
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and consistently
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year within MN/WI
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week and overtime as needed
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

• Experience in telecom construction (fiber splicing, coax, drilling, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work
• Hands-on problem-solving skills
