Field Service Technician

We"re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our expert team, specializing in the repair, maintenance, and installation of cutting-edge coffee and espresso equipment. Experience is a plus, but what really matters is your drive and curiosity. We want someone who"s passionate about problem-solving and eager to take on new challenges. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field, you"ll be in good company.

• Travel the region to repair, maintain, and install espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
• Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the Field Aware app, our field service management software
• Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated time frames
• Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service
• Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver s license with the ability to be insured
• Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

• Working knowledge of multimeter use
• Vo-Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar)
• Previous experience in the coffee industry

• Hourly rate of $21-$26 per hour based on experience, plus productivity bonuses that average an additional $2 per hour for technicians
• Take home service vehicle with gas card
