Load Inspector

As a Load Inspector at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations at our Becker, MN site. In this role, you’ll assist equipment operators by identifying customer materials and directing traffic throughout the yard.

• Inspect and grade incoming and outgoing loads for quality, weight, packaging, hazardous materials and safety
• Communicate inspection results to scale operators and complete inspection reports and metal tickers as needed
• Direct on-site traffic to ensure materials are unloaded in correct locations
• Maintain facility cleanliness and perform other assigned tasks

• Ability to work independently and as a team with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work in outdoor conditions year-round
• Knowledge of metal grades is a plus

• Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
• Starting at $22/hour, full-time, year-round
