This is a hands-on role where you'll install and fine-tune residential heating and cooling systems to keep our customers safe, comfortable, and happy year-round. • Installing and replacing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and heat pumps
• Laying out and completing system hook-ups for refrigerant, electrical, and ventilation
• Performing load calculations to determine correct equipment sizing
• Troubleshooting installation issues and fine-tuning performance for optimal results
• Completing installations safely and in line with all codes, regulations, and company standards
• Documenting work performed and materials used accurately
• Delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, professional job site
• Collaborating with your crew to complete projects on time and on budget

• A minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and modern installation practices
• Confidence reading wiring schematics, blueprints, and job scopes
• EPA certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proud of your work
