Compensation: $16-$24/hr
Brand new location opening in Hopkins, MN! This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized residential and small commercial glass company. With over 70 locations in the US & Canada (2 in Minnesota: Blaine & Duluth), we are excited to open up March 7th to begin servicing the West Minneapolis area. At the Glass Guru of West Minneapolis, we specialize in everything glass.
We are constantly looking for highly motivated, customer service‑oriented individuals who are looking to grow with the company and drive The Glass Guru brand forward. While Glass industry experience is valued and preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate and would like above all someone with the right mindset and work ethic.
Growing full-service glass company is seeking experienced Laborer with entry level Glazing and/or Construction experience to work on a full‑time basis. Main duties will include assisting the Lead Glazier with the installation of insulated glass units, replacement windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications. Entry level Glazing and Construction experience is a plus, but will train the right person.

- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test. Valid license to drive, and a clean DMV record.
- Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 50-100lbs. unassisted.
- Will train the right candidate.
- Residential glass replacement including single/double pane window glass, shower enclosures, skylights, etc.
- Residential window/door installation including new construction and retrofit.
- Window/door maintenance, weatherization, and repair.
- Effective troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel) preferred.
