Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports the maintenance team with routine repairs, make-readies, and basic trade tasks. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with on-call rotation.
Compensation is $22–$24/hour depending on experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, basic exposure to electrical/plumbing/HVAC/carpentry/painting, and a HS diploma or GED.
