Maintenance Engineer

Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company with a portfolio of more than 200 hotels and resorts worldwide, including the Rand Tower, Minneapolis – a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to play an integral role in delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences for each guest.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, and related items.
• Conduct general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports as required by company policy and procedures.

• Experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming, engaging personality.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
