Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Twin Cities Metro
Pay: $20–25/hour (DOE)

My Burger is looking for a mechanically inclined, dependable problem solver to join our growing Facilities team.
This is a hands‑on field role supporting the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our restaurants. Working alongside the Facilities Manager, you’ll assist with preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and facility repairs across multiple locations. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and solving real‑world problems.
As My Burger continues to grow, this position offers opportunities to develop new skills and take on greater responsibility.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to facility service calls and complete repairs.
- Travel between restaurant locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, construction, commercial kitchen equipment, or other mechanical trades is preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Requirements- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable using ladders and working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends for emergency service or special projects.
