Framing Carpenter

Jobsite Locations:
East Bethel, Hastings, Lakeville, Prior Lake, and Shakopee

Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00/hour

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Project Types:
Commercial, Multifamily, and New Development Construction

• Minimum 1 year of framing carpentry experience
• Minimum 1 year of stick/wood framing experience
• Minimum 1 year of prefab framing experience
• Experience framing trusses, walls, and floors
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Experience using a nail gun
• Must have own tool belt and basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation

• Prefabricate and assemble trusses, walls, and floor systems
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber according to plans
• Perform rough carpentry and framing tasks on commercial job sites
• Work independently and with a framing crew
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow all safety procedures
• Attend safety orientation before starting on-site work

A carpenter with hands-on framing experience who can independently measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components, is comfortable using standard construction tools, has reliable transportation, and is looking for long-term career growth with a stable commercial builder.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
