Position will work in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding area.
Here’s what you’ll do:- Engage in a comprehensive ~3 month in field and classroom training program to ensure you have the skills and tools to be successful.
- Once trained, you will travel to customer sites in your region to Install, Repair, Troubleshoot, Service and Calibrate the most advanced measuring instruments in the world.
- Work hands on to learn new skills on high tech CMM’s (Coordinate Measuring Machines) utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude.
- Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
- Work independently while representing the company in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Company Vehicle provided that you can take home.
- Tools, Training, travel expenses and gas card provided.
- Each day is different - Travel to a wide variety of customers, locations and challenges; 70-90% travel in your region.

- Minimum, High School graduate, completed GED or equivalent.
- Or, Tech School, associate, or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, and the like.
- Or, Training and experience from a Military Technical School.
- Prior experience working with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
- Microsoft operating system knowledge is required.
- Capable of unassisted physical lift of one article weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Able and willing to work minimum of 50 hours per work week. Regular + OT.
- Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment.
- Valid Driver License required.
- Previous experience installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines, or computer systems.
- Previous CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred however not required.
- Base pay ranged from $48,000 - $60,000 ($23.08/hr - $28.85/hr).
- OT:
Average OT is 10 hours a week and paid out at time and half - we basically pay for your travel time! - Annual bonus program: eligible for an additional bonus at the end of the year.
