What You'll DoPerform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately

Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs

Conduct road tests to verify quality of work Follow all safety and quality standards

Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems

Maintain a clean and organized work area daily

Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications

Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians

What You'll Bring3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech)
Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:

Maintenance Services Engine Repair Suspension & Steering Brakes Electrical  Systems Heating & A/C(Optional) Drivability Diagnosis Personal toolset appropriate for the role Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes:
Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
