Whitecap Management LLC, affiliated with Doran Companies, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multifamily and mixed-use properties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, while ensuring top-quality resident service. You will complete work orders, conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections, assist with unit turns, and help maintain building appearance and systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance for multifamily and mixed-use properties
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections on building systems
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and building appearance to company standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and company policies
- Support property management team in unit turns and capital projects
