Facilities Technician

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to keep our Minnesota dealerships and service centers running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general facilities. You'll respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and partner with vendors when needed. Working in a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and customer focus, you'll support continuous improvement, follow safety standards, and help create clean, reliable spaces for our teams and customers while gaining training and clear paths for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and tools across multiple dealership locations
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general building components
• Respond to facility service requests, diagnose issues, and prioritize work for minimal business disruption
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with safety policies and regulatory standards
• Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in facility tracking systems
• Support facility improvement projects including minor remodeling, installations, and upgrades
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions
