Mas Tec, Inc. is seeking a Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks in outdoor utility environments. You will test, troubleshoot, and deploy splice enclosures using fusion splicers and OTDR equipment, interpreting drawings and maintaining high quality standards.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fiber splicing, enjoy hands-on teamwork, and are comfortable with ladders or bucket trucks. This role offers long-term projects and a competitive benefits package.
